Privacy Policy

Last updated 22 August 2026. Applies to SilentBOX and the other Silent Key Technologies apps listed at the end.

The short version

We do not have your files. We cannot read them, we cannot recover them, and we could not hand them to anyone who asked. That is not a policy choice we could quietly reverse later: the apps are built so the data never reaches us in the first place.

We do not ask you to create an account. There is nothing to sign up for and no profile to delete, because we never made one.

1. Who we are

Silent Key Technologies, a product studio based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You can reach us at hello@silentkeytechnologies.com about anything in this policy.

2. What stays on your device, always

In SilentBOX, all of the following are held only on your phone and are never transmitted anywhere:

Files are encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM. The key is derived from your PIN using PBKDF2-SHA256 at 100,000 iterations, and it exists only while your vault is open.

Backups

SilentBOX can export your vault as a single encrypted file. That file is created on your device and handed to your phone's own share menu, so you decide where it goes: your own cloud storage, a computer, a memory card. It does not pass through us and we keep no copy.

The backup is encrypted with the same key as your vault. It can only be opened with the PIN it was made with. If that PIN is lost, the backup cannot be opened by us or by anyone else.

3. What does leave your device

We would rather tell you this plainly than let you discover it.

WhatWho receives itWhy
Subscription and purchase status RevenueCat, and Google Play or Apple To check whether you have paid for Pro, and to restore it if you reinstall or change phone. This involves an anonymous identifier generated by RevenueCat, not a name or email you gave us.
Crash and delivery data Google Play or Apple Handled by the app store itself under its own privacy policy, not by us. We do not add any separate crash reporting.

That is the complete list. There is no analytics service, no advertising identifier, no tracking pixel, and no third party we send your usage to. Your vault contents are not part of any of the above and never travel with it.

4. What we do not do

5. Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Since we do not collect personal information from anyone, there is nothing of a child's for us to hold or delete.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or erase personal data a company holds about you, including under the GDPR and similar laws.

In our case the honest answer is that we hold almost nothing to act on. Your vault data is on your device, so you already have it, and deleting the app or resetting the vault destroys it. For the subscription record held by RevenueCat and the app stores, write to us at hello@silentkeytechnologies.com and we will help you reach the right place or act on it ourselves where we can.

7. Security, and its limits

Encryption protects your files at rest on your device. It cannot protect you from someone who knows your PIN, from a phone that is already compromised at the operating system level, or from being compelled to unlock it. We would rather say so than imply a guarantee we cannot keep.

If you believe you have found a security flaw in one of our apps, please tell us at hello@silentkeytechnologies.com. We would genuinely rather hear it from you than from a user.

8. Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. If a change ever meant that more of your data left your device than this version describes, we would say so in the app before it took effect, not quietly here.

9. Which apps this covers

SilentBOX, Jobsome, TagTitan, SwiftPOD, Fontbench and ModeGuard. Sections 2 and 3 describe SilentBOX specifically, since it is the one that holds a vault. Where another app handles data differently, its own listing says so.
